The publication begins with a discussion of the overarching goals of ICTJ and the types of change possible in transitional justice programs. It continues by covering in detail the elements of program models, which consist of goals, objectives, outputs, activities and inputs. It should be noted that different organizations use different graphic representations (for example logical framework or results framework) and different terms for these concepts (for example, some say “outcomes” instead of “objectives”), but what is important is the idea behind each concept. These ideas are generally the same across organizations, regardless of the terms or frameworks employed.
